When will my Christmas tree be delivered?

We offer scheduled delivery slots across Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs. You can select your preferred date and time during the checkout process to ensure someone is home to receive the tree.

Do you offer professional installation and setup?

Yes, our white-glove service includes bringing the tree into your home, setting it up in your stand, and ensuring it is perfectly straight and secure.

Where are your trees sourced from?

All our trees are premium, farm-fresh Fraser and Balsam Firs sourced from sustainable family farms in Canada and North Carolina, cut just days before delivery.

What is your return policy for live trees?

Due to the perishable nature of live trees, we do not accept returns once the tree has been installed. However, if there is a quality issue upon delivery, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.

Do you provide tree removal and recycling after the holidays?

Absolutely. You can add a 'Post-Holiday Pickup' to your order. We will collect your tree in January and ensure it is properly recycled through the city's mulching program.

How do I keep my tree fresh throughout the season?

We recommend keeping the stand filled with fresh water at all times. Avoid placing your tree near heat sources like radiators or fireplaces, as this can cause the needles to dry out prematurely.
